The Just Swimming Staff team is a dynamic and very knowledgeable group of people. Our Team are highly engaged and motivated and strive to provide only the best in teaching swimming and water safety skills.
All staff have their Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification, Working With Children Check and CPR as a minimum qualification. For all swimmers who attend Just Swimming Syndal, Burwood, Tintern or Wesley, staff also hold their First Aid and Pool Lifeguard qualification to ensure maximum safety.
Along with many years of experience, a variety of our staff are qualified in specific areas such as:
- Teacher of Infant Aquatics
- Teacher of Competitive Strokes
- Teacher of Adults
- Teacher of Disability
As a team, we are committed to providing an excellent service to all customers. All staff are required to undergo continuous in-house and association training and professional development to ensure their teaching skills remain above industry accepted levels, to provide swimmers and parents with the best aquatic education experience possible.
We conduct regular training sessions with all of our team. We provide in-water and pool-deck support and training which ensures a premier standard of teaching and consistency is maintained throughout our unique program.
To ensure our team maintains this high level of service, our staff also participate in state, national and international conferences and all staff are passionate and dedicated to the development of the participants that they teach.
As an industry leader, Just Swimming conducts regular Austswim Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety and Swim Australia Teacher courses.
